Sicherung der Motorhaube / Securing the bonnet
Als ich im Jahr 2013 von einem de Ville auf einen Kallista wechselte haben wir Bruno mit dem Kallista besucht. Ich habe einen Kombi voll Ersatzteile bei ihm gekauft und wir sind meinen Kallista durchgegangen. Dabei hat er mich darauf hingewiesen, das sich das Blech der Haubenverriegelung lösen kann.
Im Pantherwerk ist einem Panther bei der Probefahrt die Haube aufgesprungen.
Da bei mir keine Schaube locker war (bzw. beim Kallista) habe ich es die ersten Jahre kontrolliert. Danach nicht mehr!
Momentan wird die Front überholt wird, und siehe da – die Schraube ist lose.
Bitte kontrolliert die Schraube, ob das Blech wirklich nicht beweglich ist!
When I switched from a de Ville to a Kallista in 2013, we visited Bruno with the Kallista. I bought a station wagon full of spare parts from him and we went through my Kallista. He pointed out to me that the hood latch plate could come loose.
At the Panther factory, the hood of a Panther popped off during a test drive.
Since none of my screws were loose (or the Kallista) I checked it for the first few years. After that no more!
The front is currently being overhauled, and lo and behold – the screw is loose.
Please check the screw to make sure the sheet metal really doesn’t move!
