Das Leder vom Armaturenbrett soll neu. Dazu muss es ausgebaut werden. Als die Schrauben ab waren, hing es an einem Kabel fest. Daraufhin haben wir das Blech im Motorraum demontiert. Die letzten Panther haben ein geändertes Armaturenbrett. Dort ist ein oberer zweiter Teil angenietet. Der Kunststoff ist sehr porös, es musste repariert werden. Die Temperaturanzeige haben ich von Fahrenheit auf Celsius geändert, d.h. das Instrument wurde getauscht. Evtl. muss der Geber noch getauscht werden. Das sehe ich bei der Probefahrt.
The leather on the dashboard needs to be replaced. To do this, it had to be removed. Once the screws were removed, it was hanging off by cables. Then we removed the metal sheet in the engine compartment. The later Panthers have a modified dashboard. A second section is riveted to it. The plastic is very porous. The temperature gauge was changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius; that is, the instrument itself was replaced.
The problem is, the plastic is porous! And the upholsterer needs the parts individually.
