Die Pappe der Türverkleidung muss erneuert werden. Also ein kompletter Neuaufbau. Mein Sattler meinte er kennt einen Tischler. Da dachte ich, kann ich auch bei mir im Ort machen. Der Tischler meines Vertrauens hatte zu wenig Zeit und dann haben wir probiert, mit einem Foto und KI eine CAD-Zeichnung zu erstellen. Die Datei hat auf einem normalen Plotter funktioniert und dader Laser-Schneider hat alles anders skaliert. Daher musste ich manuell nacharbeiten. Die Schiene wird geklebt.
The door panel backing needs to be replaced—essentially a complete rebuild. My upholsterer mentioned he knew a carpenter, but I figured I could just get it done locally. The carpenter I usually work with didn’t have enough time, so we tried creating a CAD drawing using a photo and AI. The file worked fine on a standard plotter, but the laser cutter scaled everything differently, so I had to make manual adjustments. The rail is attached using adhesive.
